James Kennedy
Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 15 years of experience and one of few providers holding dedicated ADHD-CCSP certification. Trained at Boston College and Harvard-affiliated hospitals including McLean, MGH, and BIDMC. Dual-licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. James founded Modern Mentality to bring objective, data-driven psychiatric care to every patient.
Jason Driscoll
Doctor of Nursing Practice from Boston College with a BSN from Northeastern University. U.S. Army combat veteran with clinical experience at Massachusetts General Hospital and the VA. Jason brings a unique perspective to ADHD care, with specialized expertise in treating first responders and military veterans navigating ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, and depression.
Katina Athanas
Six years of psychiatric research at McLean Hospital before pursuing her Master of Nursing at Johns Hopkins University and Doctor of Nursing Practice at Boston College. Katina blends evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques to treat ADHD alongside co-occurring anxiety and depression in adolescents and adults.
